?We’re hiring a Junior SAP HCM Consultant? Barcelona - Hybrid / 2 days On-site? At Capitole, we’re partnering with one of our clients in the industrial sector to strengthen their HR IT team.We’re looking for aJunior SAP HCM Consultanteager to build a long-term career supporting and improving Human Resources solutions while working closely with business stakeholders.? What’s the challenge?You’ll join the internal IT team responsible for supporting and evolvingSAP HCMsolutions that enable key HR processes across the organization.This role combinesfunctional consulting,SAP configuration,basic ABAP knowledge, stakeholder interaction and continuous learning within the SAP HR ecosystem.? You’ll be working on:? SupportingSAP HCMincidents and business requests.? ConfiguringPersonnel Administration (PA),Payroll (PY)andTime Management (PT).? Participating infunctional testing, validations and production releases.? Creating functional and technical documentation.? Driving continuous improvements across HR processes and SAP solutions.? What we’re looking for:? Experience or academic background inSAP HCM? Knowledge ofPersonnel Administration (PA)? Understanding ofPayroll (PY)andTime Management (PT)? BasicABAPknowledge? Good communication with business users? English levelB2or above? Nice to have:? SAP SuccessFactors? SAP Fiori? SAP CPI, S/4HANA or Organizational Management?
