Job description

Product Photography & Editing

  • Photograph packaging products for our website, catalog, and marketing use

  • Edit and retouch photos for consistent lighting, color, and background (Photoshop, Lightroom, or similar)

  • Maintain an organized library of product images and files

Website & Product Data Management

  • Create and update product listings in Shopify: photos, titles, descriptions, specs, and pricing

  • Upload and maintain product data in our ERP/inventory system

  • Manage product spreadsheets (Excel) - bulk uploads, data cleanup, and accuracy checks

  • Audit the website regularly to catch missing images, outdated products, and errors

Warehouse & Operations Support (secondary)

  • Pull products and samples for photography and customers

  • Assist with sample fulfillment and warehouse tasks during busy periods

Requirements

We are a packaging manufacturer looking for a detail-oriented E-Commerce Content Coordinator to own how our products look and appear online. You’ll photograph our packaging products, edit the images, and publish them to our Shopify website and ERP system - keeping our online catalog accurate, complete, and visually consistent. This is primarily an office/studio role with occasional hands-on time in our warehouse (pulling products to shoot, helping during busy periods)., Strong attention to detail - you notice the typo, the crooked photo, the wrong SKU

  • Experience with Shopify or a similar website CMS

  • Photo editing skills (Photoshop, Lightroom, Canva, or comparable)

  • Comfortable managing and manipulating data in Excel/Google Sheets

  • Product photography experience (or a portfolio of personal work) strongly preferred

  • Experience with an ERP or inventory system is a plus

  • Comfortable splitting time between a desk and a warehouse floor
