As a Field Technical Operations Specialist, you will serve as a critical onsite partner responsible for the successful deployment, configuration, and maintenance of complex equipment. You will drive operational excellence by ensuring every installation meets rigorous quality standards while providing expert technical support to our clients in the field. Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end installation and system configuration to ensure seamless equipment integration.
• Perform advanced mechanical and electrical troubleshooting to resolve technical malfunctions and minimize downtime.
• Validate system performance through comprehensive testing protocols to guarantee operational readiness.
• Maintain precise service records and documentation to support project transparency and compliance.
• Manage onsite inventory and specialized tooling to ensure high efficiency during project execution.
• Deliver professional client consultations and provide end-user training on newly installed systems.
• Proactively identify and mitigate field risks to maintain project timelines and throughput goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine execution strategies and improve overall service delivery.

• 2+ years of experience in field service, technical installation, or related mechanical roles.
• Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing complex electrical and mechanical systems.
• Proven ability to work autonomously in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
• Commitment to following strict safety protocols and standardized operating procedures.
