Job description

• Execute complex repairs, preventive maintenance, and diagnostic troubleshooting on high-precision analytical instrumentation.
• Manage the end-to-end installation process for new systems, including hardware integration and software configuration.
• Empower clients by delivering detailed training sessions on instrument theory, operational best practices, and routine maintenance.
• Ensure seamless service delivery by maintaining precise inventory records, documentation, and technical reporting.
• Collaborate with internal teams to implement system upgrades and performance enhancements at customer sites.
• Uphold the highest standards of professional conduct and safety compliance while operating in diverse industrial environments.

Requirements

• Two-year technical degree, trade school certification, or equivalent professional experience.
• Demonstrated proficiency in reading electrical schematics and diagnosing AC/DC electronic systems.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with experience in industrial equipment installation and wiring.
• Proven ability to work autonomously in a remote capacity with a high degree of accountability.
• Valid driver’s license and the ability to maintain a clean driving record.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective client interaction., * Prior experience in a field service or technical support role within a laboratory or manufacturing setting.
• Background in chemistry or military-grade technical training.
• Familiarity with aerospace manufacturing standards or similar high-precision environments.
• Advanced troubleshooting skills related to industrial electrical systems and diagnostics.
