Job description

  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and software applications
  • Monitor system performance and ensure all systems are up-to-date and secure
  • Collaborate with team members to identify and implement solutions to improve system efficiency and functionality
  • Document and maintain IT procedures and protocols
  • Train employees on new technology and software applications
  • Manage user accounts and permissions
  • Maintain inventory of hardware and software and recommend upgrades as needed
  • Keep up-to-date with the latest technology trends and make recommendations for improvement
  • Communicate with external vendors and service providers to resolve technical issues
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure timely resolution of IT-related problems

Requirements

We are seeking an experienced and motivated IT Support Analyst to join our growing team. The IT Support Analyst will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our employees, ensuring the smooth operation of our computer systems and networks. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT support, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for providing exceptional customer service., * Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field

  • Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networks
  • Experience with Windows and Mac operating systems
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Experience with healthcare IT systems is a plus
  • Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA) are preferred
