IT SUPPORT ANALYST

• Provide technical support to end-users for all IT-related issues, including hardware, software, and network problems
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner, escalating to senior IT staff when necessary
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, software, and peripherals
• Monitor and maintain network infrastructure, including servers, routers, and switches
• Ensure all systems are up to date with the latest security patches and updates
• Create and maintain documentation for IT procedures and processes
• Train employees on basic IT procedures and best practices
• Maintain inventory of all IT equipment and software licenses
• Collaborate with other departments to identify and implement technology solutions to improve efficiency and productivity
• Stay up to date with the latest technology trends and make recommendations for improvements to current systems

• Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems
• Experience with Active Directory, Office 365, and other cloud-based services
• Familiarity with network infrastructure, including LAN, WAN, and Wi-Fi
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• A passion for technology and a desire to continuously learn and improve
