Job description

Provide technical support to staff and clients, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues, setting up new equipment, and resolving network connectivity problems

  • Maintain and update computer systems and software, ensuring they are running efficiently and securely
  • Monitor and respond to IT help desk requests, providing timely and effective solutions
  • Collaborate with other IT team members to implement new systems and technologies
  • Develop and maintain IT documentation, including user guides and training materials
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest IT trends and advancements to continuously improve our systems and processes
  • Assist with IT projects and initiatives as needed

Requirements

We are seeking an experienced IT Support Analyst to join our team and provide technical support to our staff and clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT support, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for helping others., Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support
  • Experience with Windows and Mac operating systems, hardware and software troubleshooting, and network connectivity
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and other common business applications
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and deadlines
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • IT certifications, such as CompTIA A+ or Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA), are a plus
