High school diploma/GED and six (6) months of education or experience in information security, privacy, system/network administration and support, or application development and training and experience necessary to independently provide technical support to computer users in an assigned office/geographic area. Preferred Qualification:

• Minimum of 1 year of directly related experience in AV environments.
• Working knowledge of Windows and macOS environments, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365.
• Hands-on experience with video conferencing platforms and live streaming software (e.g., Zoom, Teams, projectors, sound systems).
• Familiarity with Crestron or other similar AV Control Systems.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and manage time effectively in an on-site setting.
• Ability to lift heavy equipment and work flexible hours
