Job description
The Account Services Manager provides strategic leadership and operational oversight for enterprise customer-facing technology services that enable the Georgia Department of Corrections mission. This position manages the delivery, performance, and continuous improvement of critical IT service functions, ensuring technology services are secure, reliable, responsive, and aligned with organizational priorities. The Account Services Manager oversees multiple technology service areas, including Wireless Support, Identity and Access Management, Microsoft 365 services, Executive/VIP Technical Support, State Technology Purchasing, Software Licensing and Renewals, and Enterprise Incident Management. This position directs supervisors and technical staff while fostering a culture of customer service, accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
Associate degree in a related field from an accredited college or university and two (2) years in a managerial or supervisory role; or four (4) years in a managerial or supervisory role., * Microsoft 365 administration and cloud productivity services experience.
- Identity and Access Management platforms, including Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Active Directory, Okta, or similar technologies experience.
- Enterprise service desk, desktop support, or customer experience organizations experience.
- Enterprise wireless/mobile device services experience.
- Enterprise IT Service Management (ITSM) platforms such as ServiceNow experience.
- Experience within state government or another large public-sector organization
