Job description

The Organizational Resource Specialist works closely with NBC’s Executive Team to connect departments, improve workflows, maintain organizational records, and ensure staff and grant requirements are completed accurately and on time. This is a part-time, hands-on role for someone who can manage multiple priorities while protecting confidential information., * Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and staff-compliance processes.

  • Maintain employee, contractor, partner, and organizational records.
  • Track grant requirements, deadlines, budgets, and supporting documentation.
  • Support expense tracking, invoices, procurement, and financial documentation.
  • Organize internal files, policies, trackers, and operational systems.
  • Monitor staff credentials, attendance, training, and required documentation.
  • Assist with meetings, scheduling, correspondence, and follow-up tasks.
  • Identify workflow gaps and recommend practical improvements.
  • Maintain confidentiality and communicate concerns to executive leadership.

Requirements

Natural Born Champions (NBC) is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Organizational Resource Specialist to support our internal operations, recruitment, compliance, grant management, and administrative systems., * Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in business, nonprofit management, human resources, finance, or a related field.

  • At least two years of experience in nonprofit administration, operations, HR, compliance, grants, or financial support preferred.
  • Strong organization, communication, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
  • Proficient with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
  • Experience with QuickBooks, Salesforce, PandaDoc, DocuSign, or Mailchimp is a plus.
  • Able to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage confidential information professionally.

This is a part-time position requiring consistent weekday availability and strong follow-through.
