Job description
- Administer and maintain Salesforce environments, ensuring optimal performance, security, and user accessibility.
- Collaborate with the development team to ensure smooth deployments and releases using Copado and Github.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application issues related to deployments, mergers, and environment synchronization.
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather technical requirements, implement solutions, and provide post-deployment support.
- Keep abreast of the latest Salesforce updates and features, ensuring our environment leverages the best and latest functionalities.
- Manage users, set up and maintain profiles, permission sets, and roles, and control security access levels.
- Maintain Salesforce org security by monitoring potential security risks through the AppOmni service and working with the development team as needed to mitigate any findings
- Develop process automation through Salesforce flow
- Design custom reports and visual dashboards for clients and/or management.
Requirements
- or Authorized to Work and lived in the US for 3 of the last 5 years. Must be able to obtain a U.S. Federal government client badge and pass a government Public Trust.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field with at least 3-5 years of relevant experience.
- Salesforce Administrator certifications: Salesforce Certified Platform Admin and Admin II
- Understanding of Salesforce architecture and environment management with strong proficiency in Flow.
- Understanding of tools related to Salesforce DevOps, including version control, data migration, and metadata management.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical issues to non-technical stakeholders.
- Collaborative team player with a proactive approach.
