Developer Enablement Engineer

We are seeking a Developer Enablement Engineer to help accelerate the adoption of AI-powered software development practices across engineering organizations. This role focuses on improving developer productivity through automation, AI-assisted development tools, platform engineering, and software delivery optimization. The ideal candidate will work closely with engineering, platform, architecture, and security teams to create scalable solutions that enhance the developer experience and streamline software delivery processes. 50% of their day will be doing development and coding the other half will be instructing and teaching the teams of engineers on the AI skillsets they will be developing.

3+ years of software engineering, platform engineering, DevOps, or developer productivity experience

Hands on development experience using scripting languages

Experience working with/or knowledge of CI/CD pipelines

AI assistance or agentic coding experience

Strong communication skills
