Systems Analyst

Insight Global is seeking a Systems Analyst for a full-time opportunity with a Managed IT Services Provider. This person will sit on-site at one of the MSPs’ Healthcare clients in the Stratford, CT area. This client has 7 other locations that this person will help support, but will report the HQ in Stratford on a regular basis. In this role, this Analyst provides Level 1.5-Level 2 support, and will act as the point of escalation for the L1 team. They will deliver advanced workstation support, provide advanced customer specific application support, and troubleshoot advanced network connectivity and devices/user connectivity. They will also administer advanced Active Directory support and handle VPN connectivity issues.

4+ years’ experience providing L2 IT support

• 2+ years’ experience in the Healthcare industry
• Windows server support experience
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications.
• Advanced knowledge of command line
• Intermediate TCP/IP understanding
• Azure support experience

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• Prior MSP experience
• ConnectWise experience
• Cisco Meraki
