Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
7+ years of experience in enterprise/business architecture or data architecture roles within banking or financial services.
Deep understanding of core banking functions: deposits, lending, payments, cards, party/customer management, and risk.
Proven experience applying standardized banking reference models or service-oriented architecture principles in a large financial institution.
Hands-on experience designing canonical/harmonized data models and managing source-to-target mapping across multiple core systems.
Strong understanding of API-led architecture, microservices, and modular system design.
Experience with business process modeling and capability mapping (e.g., using BPMN, UML, or ArchiMate).
Familiarity with enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF).
Experience with data modeling tools (e.g., ERwin, PowerDesigner, ER/Studio) and data integration/ETL concepts.
Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to bridge business, data, and technical conversations.
