L3 Network Engineer

About the Role: Join our dynamic team as a Senior Network Engineer specializing in Routing & Switching, where you’ll design, implement, and support our enterprise LAN/WAN infrastructure across large-scale environments. Lead critical troubleshooting efforts, support network automation initiatives, and drive projects that ensure our network’s resilience, security, and performance. This role offers opportunities for professional development, mentorship, and exposure to cutting-edge networking technologies., * Design, deploy, and manage enterprise LAN/WAN networks, ensuring scalability, security, and reliability.

• Troubleshoot complex routing and switching issues, leading root cause analysis and incident resolution.
• Configure and manage advanced routing protocols including BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, and support high-availability protocols such as HSRP/VRRP.
• Manage VLANs, Spanning Tree protocols (STP/RSTP/MSTP), EtherChannel, LACP, and QoS to optimize network traffic.
• Perform IOS/NX-OS upgrades, lifecycle management, and network automation tasks.
• Administer Cisco Wireless LAN Controllers (WLC), Access Points, and work with Cisco ISE for policy enforcement.
• Deploy and support Cisco SD-WAN technology, troubleshooting overlay/underlay connectivity, and routing policies.
• Manage Cisco ACI fabric environments, including tenants, VRFs, bridge domains, EPGs, and contracts, supporting data center migrations and automation initiatives.
• Provide Level-3 support for high-priority incidents, conduct packet analyses with Wireshark, and perform RCA to prevent recurrence.
• Implement and troubleshoot network security controls such as ACLs, VPNs, NAT, and segmentation policies.
• Mentor junior engineers, sharing technical expertise and best practices to build a resilient team.

Preferred Skills & Technologies:

• Infoblox DNS, DHCP, and IPAM management.
• F5 BIG-IP load balancer administration, including SSL offloading and iRules.
• Strong understanding of network automation and IP management.
• Experience with data center migrations and large-scale enterprise projects.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 8+ years of enterprise networking experience, with proven expertise in Cisco technologies.
• Hands-on experience in large-scale enterprise or healthcare environments.
• Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.

Work Schedule & Environment:

• Willingness to support a 24/7 global support operation, including night shifts, weekends, and on-call rotations.
• Flexibility to participate in scheduled maintenance, critical incident management, and support during non-business hours.
• Must thrive under pressure during P1/P2 incidents while coordinating with cross-functional teams and vendors.
