Job description

Develop and drive integrated marketing strategies tailored to Defense, National Security and the Space Sector. Strategies will be built annually/quarterly, include demand generation, account-based marketing and pipeline support for key franchise deals.

  • Translate technical capabilities into mission-relevant value propositions for government stakeholders.
  • Monitor Defense and National Security trends, agency priorities, budget cycles and competitive landscape.
  • Responsible for leading the development of sales enablement strategy and client-ready marketing materials, pitch decks, demos, and sales-related support materials, ensuring alignment to marketing objectives and business development outcomes.
  • Responsible for leading the strategy and execution for major defense conferences and industry events, industry days, industry event briefings, roundtables, and other immersive client experiences.
  • Lead the execution and optimization of marketing efforts for the Federal Defense and National Security sector, aligning marketing campaigns to overall business growth objectives and influencing campaign performance.

Requirements

Must have 5-7 years of Marketing experience supporting a Federal Enterprise business in the DoD, Civilian and/or Federal Healthcare space.

-Proficient with Salesforce, or other CRM tools and analytics including AI automation platforms.

-Experience managing enterprise marketing campaign budgets and tactics, along with tracking ROI across multi-channel campaigns.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field of study and 10+ years of relevant professional experience required.
  • Strong understanding of Fed acquisition process, DOD structure and mission priorities, excellent writing and storytelling, project management, data driven decision making and collaboration required.
