Principal Product Owner

8+ years of Product Owner, Product Management, or Guidewire leadership experience. Strong experience leading Product Owners, Agile teams, and product delivery initiatives. Deep expertise with Guidewire PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, ClaimCenter, and ContactManager. Experience managing Guidewire Cloud upgrades, migrations, and modernization programs. Strong knowledge of Product Governance, Roadmaps, Prioritization, and Delivery Management. Experience leading enterprise application transformation and digital modernization initiatives. Strong stakeholder management and executive-level communication skills. Experience establishing Agile best practices, product ownership standards, and governance frameworks. Ability to resolve delivery risks, priority conflicts, and roadmap dependencies. Experience working across cross-functional teams including PMO, Engineering, Architecture, and Business stakeholders. Strong understanding of software delivery lifecycle, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and large-scale enterprise programs.
