Desktop Support Specialist

We are seeking a Desktop Support Technician to provide onsite technical support at the T-Mobile campus in Kansas City. This role is ideal for someone with 2-3 years of experience supporting Microsoft desktop environments who enjoys troubleshooting end-user issues and delivering excellent customer service., * Provide onsite support for Windows desktop and laptop systems.

• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and operating system issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain Microsoft Windows desktop operating systems.
• Support Microsoft Office 365 and common business applications.
• Set up and deploy new computers, peripherals, and mobile devices.
• Respond to and resolve service desk tickets in a timely manner.
• Assist with user account support, password resets, and basic Active Directory tasks.
• Document issues, resolutions, and support activities.

• 2-3 years of desktop support or IT support experience.
• Experience supporting Microsoft Windows Desktop Operating Systems (Windows 10/11).
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 and standard desktop applications.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work onsite full-time at the T-Mobile campus in Kansas City.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Active Directory, Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune), or SCCM.
• CompTIA A+ or Microsoft certification is a plus.
• Experience with hardware imaging and device deployment.
