Job description

Connecticut Medical Aesthetics is a premier medical aesthetics practice dedicated to providing exceptional patient care, clinical excellence, and natural-looking results.We are seeking a polished, energetic, highly organized, and customer-focused Front Desk & Clinical Support Specialist to join our growing team.

This is a full-time, cross-trained position where your primary responsibility is managing the front desk and delivering an exceptional patient experience from the moment a patient contacts our office until they leave. When needed, you will also provide clinical support by assisting our providers during aesthetic procedures.

Primary Responsibilities

Front Desk

  • Greet patients with warmth and professionalism.
  • Answer multi-line phones and respond to patient inquiries.
  • Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments through our EMR.
  • Check patients in and out while processing payments.
  • Maintain an organized, welcoming reception area.
  • Coordinate daily provider schedules and patient flow.
  • Deliver an exceptional luxury patient experience.

Clinical Support

  • Assist providers during injectable, laser, PRP/PRF, and other aesthetic procedures.
  • Prepare and stock treatment rooms.
  • Assist with patient charting, photography, and treatment documentation.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and sterile clinical environment.

Practice Support

  • Return patient calls, texts, and online inquiries promptly.
  • Help fill provider schedules by contacting patients due for treatment.
  • Assist with patient follow-up calls and appointment confirmations.
  • Support practice marketing by capturing photos, videos, testimonials, and social media content.
  • Assist with inventory management and daily office operations.
  • Participate in practice events, promotions, and team meetings.
  • Cross-train in multiple areas of the practice and assist wherever needed.

Requirements

  • Medical office, aesthetics, dermatology, plastic surgery, dental, or hospitality experience preferred.
  • Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude.
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
  • Computer proficiency and ability to learn EMR software.
  • Self-motivated, dependable, and eager to learn.
  • Team-oriented with a willingness to support both patients and coworkers.
