PC Technician

• Configure and deploy Windows computers
• Set up user accounts and basic access permissions
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and printer issues
• Assist with Microsoft 365 support requests
• Perform inventory tracking and equipment organization
• Provide basic user support and technical assistance
• Document completed work and support activities

We are seeking a motivated and dependable Entry-Level PC Technician / IT Intern to assist our IT team with desktop support, computer deployments, and general technical tasks. This is an excellent opportunity for a student, recent graduate, or individual looking to gain hands-on experience in an enterprise IT environment., * Basic knowledge of Windows 11 and Microsoft Office

• Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills
• Ability to lift and move computer equipment as needed
• Reliable transportation to our Wixom office
• IT coursework required, certifications (CompTIA A+), or related experience preferred but not required
• US Citizen or Green card holder

• Exposure to Microsoft 365, Active Directory, networking, and endpoint technologies
• Flexible part-time schedule
