Job description

We are looking for a highly experienced Oracle CX Technical Architect to design and deliver scalable Oracle CX Cloud technical solutions for a global Oracle CX Sales implementation. Candidates must be fluent in Mandarin and English and possess strong Oracle CX technical architecture experience., * Design end-to-end Oracle CX technical architecture.

  • Develop integration strategies with enterprise applications.
  • Provide technical leadership during implementation.
  • Design data migration and security architecture.
  • Support performance tuning and deployment activities.
  • Collaborate with functional consultants and project teams.
  • Ensure Oracle Cloud implementation best practices.

Requirements

  • Fluent Mandarin and English (Mandatory)
  • Oracle CX Cloud
  • Oracle CX Sales Cloud
  • Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
  • REST/SOAP APIs
  • Oracle Cloud Integrations
  • Data Migration
  • Technical Solution Architecture
  • Oracle Cloud Security
  • Willingness to travel to Taiwan

Preferred Qualifications

  • Oracle Cloud Technical Certifications
  • Enterprise Oracle CX implementation experience
  • Manufacturing industry experience preferred

Benefits & conditions

Pay: $80.00 - $85.00 per hour
