Job description

We are hiring Systems Engineers to participate in Electronic Warfare Systems development programs in Nashua, NH, Totowa/Wayne, NJ and Manchester, NH. As a Systems Engineer, you will be a member of a cross-functional, multi-disciplinary team focused on modeling, designing, developing, integrating, debugging, testing, fielding, and supporting our innovative Electronic Systems.

Typical Job Responsibilities

  • Creation and/or review of systems, software, component, subsystem requirements and operational concepts

  • Deriving, decomposing, allocation and traceability of requirements to engineering discipline

  • Identification of Risks and Opportunities and executing on mitigation strategies

  • Identification of System Technical Performance Measures

  • Participation in trade studies, analysis, peer reviews, and customer meetings

  • Support system modeling & simulation, design, and development activities

  • Creation of external and internal interface definition

  • Knowledge of model based systems engineering tools and approach

  • Presentation of findings at design reviews internally or with customers

  • Creation of test plans, test procedures and reports

  • Creation and/or review of algorithms

  • Analysis of data to inform decision making

  • Execution of integration, verification, and validation activities and tests

  • Participate in external field and flight tests of our EW Systems

  • Participate in constant improvement of the System Engineering discipline

Due to the classified nature of the work, these positions will be 100% on-site.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical field such as Engineering, Mathematics or Computer Science or a related field

  • 2-20 years of relevant Engineering experience.

Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills

Preferred Skills and Education

  • Bachelor s or Master s of Science degree in electrical engineering or computer science/engineering

  • Experience with Electronic Warfare systems and/or complex electromechanical products

  • Experience with systems engineering activities across the product development lifecycle (analysis/decomposition/derivation/allocation of requirements, architecture, system modeling & simulation, system design & development, system integration & test, production, sustainment)

  • Active DoW Secret Clearance highly preferred

Full-Time Salary Range: $118095 - $200762

However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
