Travel Technology Manager

• Oversee cloud infrastructure management to ensure scalable, secure, and reliable services.
• Coordinate technical support for travel platforms, troubleshooting issues related to network connectivity, server management, and application performance.
• Collaborate with vendors on software implementation projects to integrate other enterprise tools to streamline operations and enhance user experience.
• Develop disaster recovery plans and business continuity strategies to minimize downtime during unforeseen events.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies on data security, information governance, and regulatory standards.

• Proven experience managing IT projects within the travel or hospitality industry with a focus on technology solutions.
• Working knowledge of Travel GDS Platforms Sabre & Galileo
• Working knowledge of TMC online booking tools, primarily Concur
• Knowledge of cybersecurity protocols such as network security measures, firewalls, Active Directory management, DHCP configuration, and information security best practices.
• Ability to develop strategic plans for IT infrastructure upgrades including server management, remote access software deployment, disaster recovery planning, and business continuity initiatives.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
