  • As a Business Analyst, you will work closely with Product Managers, HR Compliance Specialists, Legal Researchers, Engineering teams, and customer stakeholders to understand business problems, define product capabilities, and translate evolving regulatory requirements into scalable software solutions.

Requirements

  • 4-7 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Functional Analyst, Product Analyst, or similar role within enterprise software or SaaS environments.
  • Experience working with Agile software development teams throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Strong expertise in business process analysis, functional requirements, user stories, process mapping, and acceptance criteria.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience translating complex business problems into well-defined product requirements.
  • Strong understanding of HR business processes such as employee lifecycle management, policy administration, leave management, employee relations, performance management, or workforce compliance.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with Product Managers, UX designers, Engineering teams, and business stakeholders.

  • Experience with HR platforms such as Workday, ADP, UKG, SAP SuccessFactors, BambooHR, or similar enterprise HR solutions.
