Job description

  • Interpret and follow detailed construction plans, blueprints, and technical drawings to execute remodeling projects accurately
  • Perform demolition, framing, drywall installation, and finishing tasks with precision using hand tools and power tools
  • Install windows, doors, flooring, tile, trim carpentry, stucco, caulking, and other building materials according to specifications
  • Conduct plumbing and electrical work as needed, ensuring compliance with safety protocols and building codes
  • Operate heavy equipment safely for tasks such as concrete forming or site preparation when required
  • Inspect work sites regularly to ensure quality standards are met and safety protocols are strictly followed
  • Collaborate with project managers and construction teams to coordinate activities and meet project deadlines
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to all safety guidelines during outdoor work experiences

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Remodeler to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for transforming spaces through comprehensive remodeling projects, ensuring high-quality craftsmanship and adherence to safety standards. Your expertise in building renovation, material installation, and technical construction skills will contribute to creating beautiful, functional environments for our clients. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse construction projects, utilizing your hands-on experience and technical knowledge to deliver exceptional results., * Proven experience in remodeling, carpentry, or general construction with a strong understanding of building processes

  • Proficiency in interpreting technical drawings, blueprints, and construction plans
  • Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment operation
  • Knowledge of construction estimating, inspection procedures, and safety protocols
  • Familiarity with window installation, flooring installation, tile laying, stucco application, concrete finishing, and other building material installations
  • Electrical experience or plumbing skills are highly desirable
  • Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining safety standards
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills
  • Valid construction site experience with a focus on quality craftsmanship across diverse projects
