Remodeler

We are seeking a skilled and energetic Remodeler to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for transforming residential and commercial spaces through precise renovation and remodeling projects. Your expertise will help bring clients’ visions to life, ensuring high-quality craftsmanship and adherence to safety standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse construction projects, utilizing your hands-on skills and construction knowledge to deliver exceptional results., * Interpret and follow detailed construction plans, technical drawings, and specifications to execute remodeling projects effectively.

• Perform building material installation, including flooring, cabinetry, doors, trim carpentry, stucco, plastering, caulking, and hardscape features.
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment safely and efficiently to complete various remodeling tasks.
• Install windows, doors, flooring, cabinets, and other fixtures with precision and attention to detail.
• Conduct construction inspection to ensure quality standards are met throughout each phase of the project.
• Manage outdoor work environments by adhering to safety protocols while working on exterior renovations or hardscape installations.
• Collaborate with project managers and construction teams to review construction plans and ensure timely project completion.
• Utilize Bluebeam software for digital plan review and documentation management.
• Assist with construction estimating by providing accurate material takeoffs and labor assessments.
• Maintain a clean and safe job site by following all safety procedures and protocols at all times.

• Proven experience in building construction, remodeling, or related fields with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
• Proficiency in interpreting technical drawings and construction plans accurately.
• Skilled in carpentry, trim carpentry, window installation, door hanging, flooring installation, plastering, caulking, stucco application, and cabinet installation.
• Knowledge of electrical systems and plumbing is highly desirable.
• Experience operating power tools and heavy equipment safely on various job sites.
• Familiarity with construction management practices and construction estimating processes.
• Strong understanding of safety protocols specific to outdoor work environments and residential/commercial renovations.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team while managing multiple projects efficiently.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail in building material installation and finishing work.
