Job description
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to accurately execute remodeling plans.
- Perform carpentry tasks including framing, trim carpentry, door hanging, and cabinet installation with precision and attention to detail.
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment safely and effectively across various job sites.
- Conduct construction inspection and quality control checks throughout each phase of the project to ensure compliance with specifications.
- Install flooring, tile, stucco, drywall, plastering, and perform concrete finishing or masonry work as needed.
- Manage demolition, restoration, and fabrication tasks while maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
- Collaborate with project managers to estimate materials and labor using construction estimating techniques; utilize Bluebeam software for project documentation.
- Ensure safety protocols are followed diligently on-site; operate heavy equipment when required for site preparation or material handling.
- Complete caulking, glazing (glass installation), roofing repairs, and other specialized tasks to enhance project quality.

This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse remodeling projects, from residential to commercial spaces, utilizing a broad skill set to deliver exceptional outcomes., * Proven experience in construction remodeling or renovation projects with a strong background in carpentry, masonry, or related trades.
- Proficiency in blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and construction management principles.
- Familiarity with construction estimating processes and inspection standards.
- Hands-on experience with plumbing, electrical systems, roofing, flooring installation, tile laying, and concrete work is highly desirable.
- Skilled in operating hand tools, power tools, scaffolding, and heavy equipment safely on various job sites.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and ability to adhere to OSHA standards during all phases of work.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt quickly to changing project needs; excellent communication skills for team collaboration.
