Remodeler

• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to accurately execute remodeling plans.
• Perform carpentry tasks including framing, trim carpentry, door hanging, and cabinet installation with precision and attention to detail.
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment safely and effectively across various job sites.
• Conduct construction inspection and quality control checks throughout each phase of the project to ensure compliance with specifications.
• Install flooring, tile, stucco, drywall, plastering, and perform concrete finishing or masonry work as needed.
• Manage demolition, restoration, and fabrication tasks while maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
• Collaborate with project managers to estimate materials and labor using construction estimating techniques; utilize Bluebeam software for project documentation.
• Ensure safety protocols are followed diligently on-site; operate heavy equipment when required for site preparation or material handling.
• Complete caulking, glazing (glass installation), roofing repairs, and other specialized tasks to enhance project quality.

• Proficiency in blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and construction management principles.
• Familiarity with construction estimating processes and inspection standards.
• Hands-on experience with plumbing, electrical systems, roofing, flooring installation, tile laying, and concrete work is highly desirable.
• Skilled in operating hand tools, power tools, scaffolding, and heavy equipment safely on various job sites.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and ability to adhere to OSHA standards during all phases of work.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt quickly to changing project needs; excellent communication skills for team collaboration.
