Job description
This position is responsible for centrally maintaining critical MEM Data that ensures our business system processes are integrated. Data to be maintained will include, equipment move grids, MEM contracts, inventory, full service monies, CCR, parts pricing, scheduling, productivity logs, and other items pertaining to MEM Data and integrity. This position will be proactive in improving the integrity of MEM data to support customers, sales, and finance. This position will work closely with internal customers for scheduling, coordinating and monitoring all equipment pick-ups, placements, and moves.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Creates, maintains and validates MEM data in SAP.
- Maintains all scheduling, MEM contracts, inventory, asset management files for audit purposes, equipment movement, asset disposal, EMO.
- Maintains and manages all daily scheduling needs.
- Responsible for daily communications with sales, management, MEM, MES, customers, customer master, contact center, suppliers, PCNA, and Corporate.
- This position will make decisions based on information provided by Sales, PCNA, and other departments directly impacting customer service.
- Responsible for meeting the routine demands of sales and customer expectations.
- Responsible for record keeping & placement of PBV Equipment throughout NC.
- Responsible for varied general administrative functions.
- Other duties as assigned.
