Experience supporting private-cloud platforms in enterprise environments Experience with HPE Synergy and HPE OneView Experience with ITRS and BigPanda monitoring platforms Experience developing automation for large-scale infrastructure delivery Experience managing RTMDS infrastructure builds and inventory automation Strong troubleshooting skills for complex production environments Experience creating technical documentation and operational procedures Ability to train and mentor L1/L2 support teams Experience collaborating with engineering, development, network, and quality teams Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field preferred.
