Job description
We are seeking a Senior Project Manager - for a large healthcare system’s hospital construction and facility activation program, a great opportunity for someone with experience in clinical technology workstream management, hospital activations, and cross-functional team leadership looking to further their career in healthcare IT project management.

Lead the CTS workstream for an in-flight hospital construction and facility move project, driving planning, milestone execution, and activation readiness.

Develop and maintain the CTS project plan covering scope, timeline, and resources; provide workstream input to the IS Program Lead for overall program alignment.

Coordinate cross-functional teams-including project managers, clinical service line members, executive leadership, and external vendors-to meet delivery milestones.

Track CTS workstream labor costs and report financial performance to the IS Program Lead and key stakeholders.

Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks to maintain operational readiness and ensure smooth facility activation.

Serve as primary point of contact for CTS stakeholders, executives, and vendors, maintaining clear communication and consistent alignment.

Monitor procurement activity, resource allocation, vendor engagement, and task sequencing throughout the project lifecycle.

Resolve conflicts, address critical issues, and facilitate timely decision-making to prevent schedule impacts.

Maintain accurate project data and adhere to workstream, program, and vendor reporting requirements using Gantt charts, MS Planner, and Office tools.
Requirements
-
10+ years of progressively responsible project management experience, including complex, large-scale programs; PMP certification strongly preferred.

Experience in healthcare systems, hospital activations, new facility construction, or clinical technology deployments.

Proficiency in project management tools including Gantt charts, resource tracking systems, and reporting platforms.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, Teams, Planner, and Copilot.

Proven ability to manage multiple high-priority workstreams simultaneously and coordinate across departments and executive stakeholders.

Strong vendor management skills, including procurement oversight and contractor coordination.

Must reside in the greater Seattle, WA area; regular onsite presence required.
Bonus Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Healthcare, Engineering, or Construction Management.

Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a complex, matrixed organization.

Excellent executive-level written and verbal communication skills with experience presenting to senior leadership.

Detail-oriented with experience creating and maintaining complex project documentation, schedules, and program artifacts.
