Job description

  • Join a dynamic team in a hybrid setting in Rutherford, NJ.
  • Lead the development of high-performance, scalable applications.
  • Work on enterprise platforms using advanced Java and backend technologies.
  • Engage in architecture decisions and technical direction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver robust solutions.
  • Perform code reviews and mentor junior engineers., * Drive development of scalable systems using cloud-native architecture.
  • Lead data engineering efforts, including data modeling and pipelines.
  • Implement foundational components across various programming languages.
  • Optimize CI/CD pipelines and containerization.
  • Mentor and lead a global team of engineering leads and developers.

Requirements

  • 15 years in software engineering, with 8 years in leadership roles.
  • Strong expertise in microservices, RESTful APIs, and distributed architectures.
  • Experience with AI/ML technologies and machine learning frameworks.
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering or sciences preferred.
  • Experience with financial risk and data is a plus.
