Lead SalesForce Developer

• Lead, coach, and develop database and application administration teams.
• Ensure the stability, availability, security, and performance of production environments.
• Oversee daily operations, incident management, capacity planning, backups, and disaster recovery.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 7+ years of experience in software development and writing SQL
• 2+ years leading teams, coaching, and prioritization.
• 2+ years of experience with Apex
• Experience leading teams is ideal
• Experience with MS Dynamics CRM is a plus
