Job description
Seeking a senior techno-functional WMS professional to support and enhance Manhattan WMOS, partnering closely with warehouse operations, IT, vendors, and cross-functional teams. This role will translate business requirements into scalable system solutions while supporting integrations, production environments, implementations, and ongoing system improvements., * Design, configure, and support Manhattan WMOS across inbound, outbound, and inventory functions.
- Partner with business and warehouse teams to define requirements and develop functional and technical solutions.
- Develop and support integrations between WMS, ERP, TMS, and related systems.
- Create and maintain reports, technical documentation, test plans, and specifications.
- Troubleshoot production issues and coordinate resolution across technical and business teams.
- Support system implementations, upgrades, and SIT/UAT testing.
- Work with project managers, developers, vendors, and project leads to plan and execute development initiatives.
- Provide technical guidance, knowledge transfer, and mentorship to junior team members.
- Identify opportunities to improve system functionality, development processes, and business operations.
- Stay current with Manhattan WMOS capabilities, roadmap, and future initiatives.
- Participate in a rotational 24x7 production support schedule.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 8-10+ years of experience with WMS or supply chain systems.
- Hands-on Manhattan WMOS experience, particularly inbound, outbound, and inventory modules.
- Strong techno-functional background with the ability to bridge business and IT requirements.
- Strong understanding of warehouse operations and supply chain processes.
- Experience with WMS integrations, including ERP and TMS environments.
- Working knowledge of SQL/PLSQL and Unix/Linux environments.
- Experience supporting production systems and participating in implementations and SIT/UAT.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, project management, and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and presentation abilities.
- Self-starter who can work independently and effectively manage multiple priorities., * Warehouse management system: 8 years (Required)
