Requirements

Hiring: Audiovisual Support Technician/Technical Support Analyst with must have higher education domain experience (In Person Interview), * 2-4 years of experience professional/enterprise audiovisual systems experience

  • 2+ years of experience hands-on experience troubleshooting, installing, operating, and maintaining AV equipment
  • 2+ years of experience experience supporting live events, meetings, classrooms, or executive presentations
  • 1 year of experience experience with help desk/ticketing systems is preferred
  • Ability to lift/carry equipment up to 50 lbs and perform physical AV support activities
  • Availability for scheduled evenings, weekends, holidays, and non-standard hours

  • Associate degree in IT, Electronics, Audiovisual Technology, or related field OR equivalent education/training/experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Electronics, Audiovisual Technology, or related field
  • Higher education/university AV experience
  • AVIXA Certified Technology Specialist (CTS)
  • Experience with Crestron, Extron, Q-SYS, Biamp, or similar enterprise AV platforms
  • Manufacturer certifications
