Hardware Technician

• Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of printer hardware at client sites within the assigned region
• Troubleshoot software and hardware issues using schematics, service manuals, and diagnostic tools
• Conduct equipment repairs utilizing hand tools and mechanical knowledge to ensure optimal performance
• Diagnose and resolve computer networking issues related to printer connectivity and integration
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide effective solutions promptly
• Document service activities accurately in company systems and maintain detailed service reports
• Follow safety protocols during all field service activities to ensure a secure working environment
• Maintain inventory of parts and tools required for on-site repairs

• Ability to use hand tools effectively for equipment repair and maintenance tasks
• Knowledge of computer networking principles including TCP/IP, Ethernet, and wireless connectivity
• Mechanical aptitude with the ability to interpret schematics and technical manuals
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
• Strong communication skills for interacting with clients and team members effectively
• Valid driver’s license required for travel within the assigned region
