ServiceNow Developer Lead / CSM Solution Architect

Primary Skills: Digital : ServiceNow_Customer Service Management Skills: ServiceNow, CSM, ITSM Experience Required: 10-12 Year

Role Descriptions:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science/engineering/information systems or similar technical area. (Master’s degree is a plus).
• At least 10+ years of experience in IT covering at least five years of the following areas: Service now ISTM, CSM, architecture, requirements & design, development, testing, application support.
• 1+ year building data processing and ETL solutions, Tableau/Power BI for visualization along with ML experience preferred
• 4+ years of MSO/Telecommunications experience with a good blend of functional and technical skills in enterprise BSS systems and Solutions architecture.
• 4+ years of experience architecting and designing large scale Enterprise solutions.
• 2+ years of experience implementing or integrating complex systems and platforms including COTS, SaaS and 3rd party solutions using industry standard frameworks and technologies
• 2+ years of experience in an Architecture group working on a broad spectrum of end-to-end strategic solutions and roadmaps
• Hands on system development and integration design experience/background (Angular, Spring, Spring Boot, J2EE, API Gateway, MySQL, Distributed systems architecture).
• Experience and knowledge of BSS, OSS, IT, and industry standards in one or more of standards such as TMF, MEF, ITIL, IETF, IEEE is highly desired.
• Strong Communication & interpersonal skills: Communicates effectively at both the leadership and developer levels and needs to have strong communication and Leadership skills with the proven ability to lead large matrix managed technical teams that may include multiple vendors
• Experience in AI technologies including LLMs, co-pilot is preferred
