Data Operations Coordinator - $20-22/hr - DC

• Provide transaction, operational, and financial support to a national team of Transaction Managers and Coordinators
• Maintain leasing transaction databases and ensure accurate data across multiple teams and geographies
• Perform high-volume data entry, create client profiles, validate transaction pipelines, and manage records
• Run, format, and distribute reports using internal systems and Excel
• Support transaction processing and operational workflows in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Handle confidential employee, client, revenue, and commission information with professionalism and discretion

• Strong Excel experience required , including formatting, sorting, tables, and reporting
• Strong data entry, database management, and administrative support experience
• Highly organized with strong problem-solving and deadline-management abilities
