Contract Data Analyst- Hybrid up to $21/hour!

Our client, a rapidly growing SaaS organization, is seeking a temporary Data Operations Analyst to support a large-scale operational initiative. This hybrid opportunity offers the chance to work with data, reporting tools, automation processes, and emerging technologies while contributing to a high-impact project.

About the Job

• Review and analyze customer, project, and operational data across multiple systems
• Validate information generated through automated workflows and technology platforms
• Identify discrepancies, inconsistencies, and missing information within datasets
• Monitor project activity and status updates to ensure accuracy and timely completion
• Investigate data-related issues and escalate concerns when appropriate
• Perform quality assurance reviews to maintain data integrity and accuracy
• Support operational teams by identifying trends, patterns, and potential process improvements
• Follow established procedures while maintaining exceptional attention to detail
• Assist with special projects related to reporting, automation, and workflow optimization
• Collaborate with team members to meet project goals and deadlines

• 1+ years of experience in an administrative, operations, customer support, data entry, quality assurance, or related role
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Analytical mindset with the ability to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies
• Comfortable working with data, reports, dashboards, and technology platforms
• Tech-savvy and able to quickly learn new systems and processes
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating effectively with a team
• Experience reviewing data, conducting audits, performing quality checks, or supporting operational processes is highly preferred
• Customer-facing experience is a plus but not required

This contracted position will work on a hybrid schedule out of the Conshohocken area and is expected to last through January 2027. It is paying up to 21/hour depending on experience.
