u2022 A Masters or preferably PhD in in Quantum Computing, Physics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field Minimum 8+ years’ experience in technical training, education, curriculum development, instructional design, enablement, or related roles within professional services, academia, research, or advanced-technology environments.\n \u2022 Due to contractual requirements, must be a U.S. Person defined as U.S. citizen, permanent resident or green card holder, worker granted asylum, or refugee status. \n \u2022 Due to national security requirements imposed by the U.S. Government, candidates for this position must not be a People’s Republic of China national or Russian national unless the candidate is also a U.S. citizen. \n \n \nWE VALUE:\n \u2022 Experience in consulting, professional services, corporate strategy, analytics, technology, or advanced-technology environments. \n \u2022 Knowledge of how to apply quantum computing to enterprise use cases in Finance, Chemicals & Materials, or Pharmaceuticals. \n \u2022 Strong executive presence and confidence facilitating sessions with boards, CEOs, senior business leaders, scientists, engineers, and cross-functional teams.\n \u2022 Experience developing content for non-technical audiences and audiences with foundational technical knowledge, using adult learning principles and instructional design methods.\n \u2022 Familiarity with learning technologies, training evaluation, and quantum computing concepts, capabilities, and limitations\n \u2022 Strong interest and aptitude in developing complementary consulting skills at the intersection of business and technology.\n \u2022 Strong analytical, problem-solving, written communication, and presentation skills. \n \u2022 Ability to work with ambiguous information and develop structured, clear outputs.\n \u2022 Curiosity, adaptability, and a desire to grow within a client-facing advisory environment. \n

The Principal Quantum Training Specialist & Consultant will design and deliver high-impact quantum computing education for enterprise clients, partners, and internal teams as part of Quantinuum’s consulting and advisory practice.\n \n The role will deliver to audiences ranging from boards, CEOs, and senior executives to business, innovation, and technically informed teams. Training may include executive briefings, interactive workshops, structured learning programs, technical demonstrations, and hands-on exercises.\n \n The Principal Quantum Training Specialist & Consultant will translate complex quantum computing concepts into clear, accurate, and relevant learning experiences for both business and technical audiences. The successful candidate will combine quantum computing knowledge, instructional design expertise, executive presence, and consulting skills to deliver client outcomes and strengthen Quantinuum’s enterprise education and advisory offerings.\n \n \nKey Responsibilities:\n \n \nClient Training Delivery:\n \u2022 Design, develop, and deliver quantum computing training and education for audiences ranging from boards, CEOs, and senior executives to business leaders, innovation teams, software professionals, scientists, engineers, and participants with varying levels of technical expertise.\n \u2022 Lead executive briefings, classroom sessions, interactive workshops, bootcamps, demonstrations, and hands-on learning experiences.\n \u2022 Facilitate discussions that help clients understand the strategic implications, potential applications, current limitations, and evolving maturity of quantum technologies.\n \u2022 Create an engaging and inclusive learning environment in which participants with different levels of technical knowledge can contribute and develop confidence.\n \u2022 Adapt delivery style, terminology, examples, and technical depth to the needs of each audience.\n \n \nCurriculum and Learning Program Design:\n \u2022 Develop a tiered quantum computing curriculum covering areas such as quantum fundamentals, quantum algorithms, hardware and software architecture, error correction, hybrid quantum-classical computing, industry applications, and enterprise readiness.\n \u2022 Define learning pathways for different participant profiles, including executives, business users, technical leaders, developers, researchers, and innovation teams.\n \u2022 Translate complex scientific and technical content into clear learning objectives, structured modules, exercises, case studies, and participant materials.\n \u2022 Develop multiple learning formats, including executive education, live instruction, self-paced modules, hands-on labs, facilitated simulations, and train-the-trainer programs.\n \u2022 Maintain and update training content as Quantinuum’s technology, products, research, and market perspectives evolve.\n \n \nClient Needs Assessment and Engagement Desig\n \u2022 Work with clients and consulting teams to identify target audiences, learning needs, expected outcomes, and organizational context.\n \u2022 Assess an organization’s current level of quantum awareness and recommend an appropriate training approach.\n \u2022 Design customized programs aligned with the client’s industry, business priorities, technical maturity, and broader quantum strategy.\n \u2022 Define program scope, delivery plans, participant profiles, learning objectives, and measures of success.\n \u2022 Integrate training into broader consulting and advisory engagements where education is necessary to support strategic alignment, use-case discovery, capability development, or adoption planning.\n \n, n \nCompensation & Benefits: \n \n Incentive Eligible - Range posted is inclusive of bonus target when applicable \n \n The pay range for this role is $160,000 - $210,000 annually.
