We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Senior IT Specialist to lead the design, development, and implementation of advanced technology solutions across our organization. • Implement automation strategies to streamline processes and enhance operational productivity across various IT functions.
• Engineer and optimize technology infrastructure, including data centers, network infrastructure, virtualization platforms, and cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, and other cloud services.
• Develop and deploy technical solutions utilizing scripting languages like Python and Java to automate tasks and improve system performance.
• Manage and implement identity and access management (IAM) solutions to safeguard organizational data and ensure compliance with security standards.
• Oversee the integration of APIs (Application Programming Interfaces) for seamless communication between diverse systems and applications.
• Provide technical troubleshooting support for complex issues related to operating systems (Windows, Linux), database management (Oracle, SQL), and network infrastructure.
• Lead system design initiatives for system development projects following SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) methodologies within an Agile environment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement enterprise solutions that align with business objectives while maintaining high standards of security and reliability.
• Guide team members through technical challenges by providing mentorship in areas such as system design, engineering troubleshooting, DevOps practices, and infrastructure architecture.

• Proven experience in system design for system development within large-scale enterprise environments.
• Extensive background in automation tools and scripting languages such as Python or PowerShell to enhance operational workflows.
• Strong expertise in technology infrastructure engineering-including data centers, network infrastructure, virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V), and cloud platforms like AWS or Azure.
• Demonstrated success implementing IT solutions involving cloud infrastructure deployment, software implementation, and enterprise architecture design.
• Hands-on experience with SQL databases (Oracle, SQL Server), operating systems (Windows Server, Linux), and computer management tools.
• Familiarity with identity and access management (IAM) solutions to enforce security policies across multiple platforms.
• Knowledge of APIs integration for connecting disparate systems efficiently within an enterprise ecosystem.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues related to network infrastructure, operating systems, virtualization environments, or software applications swiftly and effectively.
• Leadership skills demonstrated through team management or project oversight roles in Agile settings; experience mentoring junior staff is a plus.
