Job description

· Set up and configure computers, and troubleshoot and manage software applications.

· Manage and maintain the CRM system, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement CRM strategies that enhance customer experiences.

· Develop and execute data-driven reports to analyze customer behavior and trends.

· Integrate REST APIs to streamline processes and improve system functionality.

· Utilize AWS services for cloud-based solutions supporting CRM operations.

· Perform regular system updates and troubleshoot issues within Linux environments.

· Work with PostgreSQL databases for data management and reporting.

· Apply Agile methodologies to project management to ensure timely delivery of CRM initiatives.

· Write shell scripts to automate routine tasks within the CRM system.

Requirements

Roof and Realm is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive CRM & IT Specialist to manage and optimize our Customer Relationship Management systems and supporting IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will ensure our CRM tools effectively support the sales and marketing teams, strengthen customer engagement, and drive business growth. This role blends hands-on technical expertise with strong analytical skills to turn data into strategic decisions., · Proficiency in REST APIs and experience with integration processes.

· Familiarity with AWS cloud services preferred.

· Strong knowledge of Linux operating systems and command-line tools.

· Experience with PostgreSQL or similar database management systems.

· Hands-on experience with Zoho CRM required; familiarity with Pegasystems or similar CRM platforms is a plus.

· Ability to work in an Agile environment, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.

· Proficient in shell scripting; experience with Windows scripting is also beneficial.

· Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.

· Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.

· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.
