Cloud Infrastructure Engineer

Support the day-to-day administration and health monitoring of enterprise servers and storage platforms. Administer Active Directory user objects, group policies, and Microsoft Azure cloud services. Execute routine operating system patching, firmware updates, and scheduled maintenance windows. Troubleshoot hardware, operating system, and virtual machine performance issues across environments. Assist with enterprise storage administration, disk provisioning, and capacity management tasks. Automate operational tasks and server administration routines utilizing PowerShell scripts. Validate disaster recovery backups and compile technical operational runbooks for infrastructure deployments.
