Senior IT Project Manager - SaaS / Enterprise Software Implementation

Seeking a Senior IT Project Manager to support our client’s Enterprise Program Office on complex technology initiatives, including SaaS/software implementations, CAD/RMS system implementation, and a vanpool software feasibility study and implementation., * Lead end-to-end enterprise IT/software implementation projects.

• Manage SaaS and enterprise application implementations.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, milestones, and dependencies.
• Manage RAID logs, risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies.
• Monitor project scope, schedule, budget, and deliverables.
• Prepare executive and stakeholder status reports.
• Lead project meetings, working sessions, and steering committee discussions.
• Manage vendors, implementation partners, and cross-functional teams.
• Drive stakeholder communication and change management.
• Coordinate feasibility studies and implementation activities.
• Manage multiple projects/workstreams simultaneously.
• Ensure projects meet business and technical requirements.

• 8+ years of IT Project Management experience.
• Strong experience managing SaaS/software implementations.
• Enterprise application implementation experience.
• Experience with project planning, RAID logs, status reporting, and project controls.
• Strong stakeholder and vendor management experience.
• Change management experience.
• Experience working within a PMO / Enterprise Program Office.
• Experience managing complex, cross-functional technology projects.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work onsite in Everett, WA every Tuesday and Wednesday.

Pay: $75.00 - $95.00 per hour
