Job description
We are seeking a driven and dependable Junior Help Desk Technician with Customer Service Experience to join our team. This position plays a critical role in delivering frontline technical support to our clients-resolving issues, offering guidance, and maintaining smooth operations.
What You’ll Do
- Perform remote troubleshooting using diagnostic techniques and effective questioning.
- Analyze technical issues and determine the best solution based on client input.
- Respond to support tickets via phone, email, in-person, or remote tools.
- Provide support for computer systems, software, hardware, and network troubleshooting.
- Assist in the setup, maintenance, and configuration of devices and systems.
- Act as a trusted IT advisor-proactively recommending tools and solutions.
- Communicate clearly with clients and collaborate closely with internal teams.
- Participate in on-call or after-hours support as needed.
- Embrace continuous learning and take ownership of assigned tickets and tasks.

Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in an IT role or Customer Service position or equivalent.
- Ability to actively listen to Client concerns and empathize.
- Ability to manage time efficiently and prioritize multiple tasks.
Technical Levels & Compensation Based on your skillset and prior experience, you will be placed in one of the following tiers:
- Junior: Entry-level with limited or no prior IT experience
- Level 1: Foundational knowledge with the ability to escalate complex issues.
- Level 2: Proficient in troubleshooting with limited need for escalation.
- Level 3: Advanced experience capable of handling nearly all technical issues independently.
