PT - Weekend PHP Group Facilitator 2 Yrs exp

We’re hiring a Weekend PHP Counselor to support our Partial Hospitalization Program on Saturdays and Sundays (9 AM-2 PM group hours). This is a great opportunity for licensed professionals who want a consistent weekend role and are passionate about helping others.

What You’ll Do

• Conduct intake assessments and evaluate client needs
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on clinical findings
• Facilitate group and individual therapy sessions using evidence-based practices
• Provide case management support including referrals for housing, employment, and legal services
• Support relapse prevention and discharge planning
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation in our EHR
• Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure quality care delivery

• Active license: CSAC, CSAC-Supervisee, MSW, MSed, LPC, or LCSW (Virginia)
• 2 years of experience in addiction counseling, behavioral health, or case management
• Ability to work both Saturday and Sunday from 8:30 AM to 2:30 PM

Preferred

• Experience in PHP or IOP level of care
• Familiarity with co-occurring disorders and trauma-informed care
• Proficiency in Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems, * Do you currently hold an active CSAC, MSW, MSed, LPC, or LCSW license in Virginia?
• Are you available to work on-site both Saturday and Sunday between 8:30 AM and 2:30 PM?
• Do you have at least 1 year of experience in addiction or behavioral health counseling?, * Master’s (Preferred)

Experience:

• Substance Abuse Counselor : 2 years (Required)

License/Certification:

• Certified Substance Abuse Counselor License (Required)
• CSAC, LCSW, LPC, MSW, MSed (Required)

• Norfolk, VA 23513 (Required)
