Job description

We’re looking for a People Systems Senior Analyst to build and scale the technology that powers our People team. You’ll lead the implementation of Workday as Reflection’s global HRIS, then become its long-term owner. You’ll partner closely with People, Finance, Recruiting, IT, and business leaders to design scalable processes, optimize workflows, and ensure our systems keep pace with the company’s growth. This is a hands-on role that blends systems expertise, operational thinking, and analytical rigor. You’ll continuously improve our People technology ecosystem while helping the organization make better decisions through high-quality data and reporting., * Lead the implementation of Workday, partnering with internal stakeholders and implementation consultants through design, testing, go-live, and stabilization

  • Own the ongoing administration, configuration, and optimization of Workday as our global HRIS
  • Design and improve scalable People processes, workflows, approvals, and automations across the employee lifecycle
  • Evaluate, implement, and optimize new Workday functionality and modules as our business grows
  • Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and calculated fields that provide actionable insights for People, Finance, and business leaders
  • Partner cross-functionally to improve data quality, reporting, and integrations across our People technology ecosystem
  • Maintain system documentation, governance, security, and data integrity
  • Identify opportunities to simplify manual processes and continuously improve the employee and People team experience through technology
  • Help define and execute our long-term People systems roadmap as Reflection scales globally

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Workday
  • Deep hands-on experience administering Workday, including Core HCM
  • Experience leading or playing a key role in a Workday implementation
  • Strong understanding of Workday configuration, business processes, security, and reporting
  • Experience building reports, dashboards, and calculated fields within Workday
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills
  • The ability to partner effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders across the business
  • A continuous improvement mindset with a passion for building scalable systems

Bonus Points if You Have

  • Experience with additional Workday modules such as Recruiting, Compensation, Benefits, Talent, Learning, or Absence
  • Experience with People Analytics or workforce reporting
  • Experience integrating Workday with systems such as Ashby, Okta, payroll providers, or workforce planning tools
  • Workday Pro certifications
  • Experience in a high-growth technology company
