  • Orchestrate and monitor pipelines (Fabric data pipelines, Apache Airflow, Power Automate), diagnosing and resolving refresh and performance issues.
  • Manage credentials and secrets via Azure Key Vault and support secure integrations across the platform.
  • Support ongoing initiatives including Fabric modernization, Enterprise Search, and other Knowledge Management & Data projects.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, product managers, business owners, DBAs, and vendors on system integrations; produce clear data dictionaries, lineage, and architecture documentation.

Requirements

  • Strong hands-on experience building data pipelines and ETL/ELT processes in Microsoft Fabric (or comparable modern data platform: Databricks, Synapse, Snowflake).
  • Proficiency with the Medallion / Lakehouse architecture, OneLake, semantic modeling, and dimensional data modeling.
  • Advanced Microsoft SQL - schemas, stored procedures, views, and complex queries - and Python (including PySpark / notebook development).
  • Power BI dashboard design, semantic models, DAX, Power Query, dataset/dataflow maintenance, and RLS.
  • Familiarity with Azure services (Entra ID, Azure Key Vault, Azure OpenAI or comparable AI services).
  • Experience integrating and orchestrating data across multiple enterprise source systems via APIs and connectors.
  • Experience with GitHub, Power Automate flows, and scripting/cmdlets.
  • Strong data governance, security, and documentation discipline.
  • Ability to analyze business needs, design solutions, and produce clear technical documentation.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills; effective self-organization and adaptability; proactive, decisive, and creative problem-solving.

Preferred

  • SharePoint Online / SPFx development experience - custom libraries, lists, views, and workflows.
  • Front-end development with HTML5, JavaScript, jQuery, Kendo, CSS3, and React.js.
