Platform Architect

· Experience building platforms with end-to-end customer focus .

· Drive requirements discussion with customer independently

· Propose solutions to requirements covering functional, non-functional requirements, security requirements.

· Good troubleshooting and debugging skills (hands-on skills)

Must Have

• Observability (Grafana driven) - 2 years of production experience

• Alloy Agent , installation process
• Understanding of Grafana features
• Metrics, logs and traces understanding
• Different database onboarding to O11y platform

Around 3+ years of programming experience with at-least one programming language - Python/NodeJS/Java

Around 2 years in automation experience

• CICD with Jenkins
• Terraform (using modules, secrets management)
• Scripting - shell or python

Kubernetes experience in deploying applications to production - 2+ years

• Helm Charts
• Kubernetes Operators

Good Communication

Experience working with any one Cloud platform (AWS preferred). Covering areas such as networking (VPC, subnets, CIDR blocks, peering etc.), IAM, compute, storage, security

Good understanding of AI - predictive trends, anomaly detection, RCA etc.

Good to have

• Linux (basic knowledge)
• Jenkins - CICD - writing pipelines (Groovy)
