Job description
Responsible for IT technical oversight and successful project execution for the deployment of the ISC and Unify programs to include ensuring technical deliverables meet program objectives, budgets, and timelines while maintaining high standards of quality.
The role focuses on spoke remediation, data remediation, and local coordination to enable seamless integration and adoption of program deliverables as well as collaborates with cross-functional teams, external vendors, and business stakeholders to ensure objectives are met within scope, budget, and timelines.
- WHAT YOU WILL DO

- Program Delivery:
- Oversee spoke and data remediation activities, ensuring alignment with ISC and Unify program goals.
- Deploy technical and business solutions, including system integrations, process alignments, and data quality improvements.
- Develop detailed delivery plans, monitor progress, and ensure adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Coordination and Collaboration:
- Work closely with central program teams, IT specialists, and external vendors to align technical delivery with business needs.
- Coordinate local and global resources to support program deployment activities.
- Facilitate collaboration between IT and business teams to address gaps in processes, technology, and data quality.
- Risk and Issue Management:
- Identify, monitor, and mitigate risks and issues related to spoke and data remediation.
- Develop contingency plans to address delivery challenges and minimize disruptions.
- Reporting and Governance:
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including progress reports, risk logs, and decision records.
- Provide regular updates to PMOs and leadership, highlighting milestones, risks, and dependencies.
- Ensure compliance with program governance frameworks and standards.
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned
Requirements
- Degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Economics, or equivalent.
- Proven track record in managing complex, cross-functional, and cross-geography IT programs (10+ years).
- Demonstrated ability to drive business change and challenge norms based on evidence.
- Experience with IT delivery methods (e.g., Agile, traditional project control).
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills for engaging with global stakeholders.
- Proficiency in managing global teams, including third-party resources.
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Knowledge of:
- IT program delivery methods, including planning and execution strategies.
- Global collaboration and vendor management best practices.
- Skilled in:
- Building relationships across IT and business stakeholders.
- Problem-solving and identifying solutions to address gaps in technology, processes, and data.
- Ability to:
- Lead global initiatives with a focus on quality and efficiency.
- Communicate effectively across diverse teams and audiences.
- PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Extensive knowledge of the consumer products industry (tobacco industry knowledge)
Work Environment and Physical Demand
- Requires light physical effort. Occasionally lifts or moves light objects (under 10 lbs.).
- Walks, sits, or stands for prolonged periods.
- Requires prolonged machine operation including computer and keyboard equipment.

Annual Base Salary Range: $186253.00 - $248337.00
Final compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and internal equity. This role may also be eligible for annual bonus or incentive compensation.
