IT Project Manager

Seeking a junior to mid-level IT Project Manager with experience managing software implementation or technology projects. This person should be comfortable coordinating teams, tracking project progress, managing timelines, and communicating with stakeholders.

• Manage project plans, timelines, and deliverables
• Track project budgets, risks, and status updates
• Coordinate with business, technical, and vendor teams
• Lead project meetings and communicate progress to stakeholders
• Maintain project documentation and reporting
• Support software implementation and modernization initiatives
• Escalate issues and help drive projects to completion

• 3-5+ years of Project Management experience
• Active PMP certification
• Experience supporting software, application, or technology projects
• Experience managing project timelines, budgets, and risks
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience using:
• Microsoft Project
• Jira
• Smartsheet
• Status reporting and project documentation

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• Agile certifications (CSM, SAFe, etc.) Vendor management experience
